🔹Andrei has been diligently continuing his work on the demo and exploring various ways to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT into our project. He's identified multiple potential approaches and is collaborating closely with David to refine these ideas further.
🔹Tomáš has been working on the Tau parser documentation and is nearing completion. In addition, he has made further enhancements to the CSV parser tutorial and is contemplating adding another tutorial. He remains committed to testing and addressing any bugs that inevitably arise during development. Notably, he identified a performance concern that he brought to Umar's attention. They have worked together to identify the root causes, and Umar is currently exploring potential solutions.
🔹David has been focused on enhancing the C language component of our project. He's made several vital improvements and fixes to the parse tree traversal API. Additionally, he's added numerous tests to assess the API's performance rigorously. Furthermore, David has dedicated effort to improving the performance of formula generation. He's successfully addressed grammar issues, consistently refining the project's grammar rules. He's also been resolving function calls, constants, and bit-handling issues.
🔹 Umar's primary focus has been optimizing the storage of Earley parser data, specifically by removing temporary and recursive symbols. This endeavour involves continuously finding the right balance between performance and storage requirements. Umar has also been investigating a recent performance issue raised by Toas, which did not exist in earlier versions. He is actively searching for a solution to this new challenge.
🔹Ohad's collaborating with Prof. Paweł Parys on the two-variable fragment, although they're still exploring solutions. This effort has uncovered new possibilities. Additionally, he's working with Prof. Franconi to integrate the Tau language into knowledge representation and create a Tau-based conversational agent.
